What this video covers

The video covers reading the instructions for your model, checking kit components, identifying concerns and preparing the kit for storage. It is an educational overview, not complete operating instructions, a first-aid course or evidence of clinical effectiveness.

Keep the current instructions for your exact model with the kit. The original Fitiger readiness toolkit and video transcripts includes the full text transcript and two related videos.

Match the information to your kit

Check the label on your kit against the current Fitiger kit and product range when looking up included components. Visit How It Works for related public videos, and keep the instructions for your exact model with the kit.
