FITIGER Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with FITIGER. This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) explains how Fitiger Life LLC (“FITIGER,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on https://fitiger.net (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms in this Policy.
1) Shipping Destinations
We ship to destinations that are available at checkout. Our primary shipping destination is the United States. Certain locations (such as U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or other restricted destinations) may be unavailable or subject to additional restrictions depending on carrier capabilities and product type.
International shipping may be available for select destinations where shown at checkout. If you do not see your destination during checkout, we are not currently able to ship to that location.
2) Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 48 hours (two business days). Processing time does not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. In some cases (e.g., high order volume, inventory checks, address verification), processing may take up to 1–3 business days.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time are typically processed starting the next business day.
3) Shipping Methods & Carriers
We offer multiple shipping methods, which may include Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, and DHL Express (where available). Available options, estimated delivery windows, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
We use reputable carriers and logistics partners. Depending on your destination, order size, and selected shipping option, your order may ship via USPS, DHL, or other regional carriers/partners.
4) Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has shipped (not when the order is placed).
- United States (most orders): 7–15 business days from shipment to delivery.
- Expedited options (if selected at checkout): typically faster than Standard Shipping; the estimated delivery window will be shown at checkout.
- International orders (if available): delivery times vary by destination and may be impacted by customs processing.
Please note that shipping and delivery timelines can be affected by factors outside our control, including weather events, carrier delays, peak-season volume, and customs inspections (for international shipments).
5) Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight/size, shipping method, and carrier pricing. Any taxes, duties, or additional charges are shown where applicable or may be collected by your local authorities or carrier.
6) Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear after label creation.
7) Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)
For international shipments (where available), customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout. Customs authorities may require additional information to clear your shipment. Delays due to customs processing are outside our control.
8) Address Accuracy & Changes
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including apartment/unit number where applicable). If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@fitiger.net. We cannot guarantee we can change an address once an order has entered processing or shipped.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, you may be responsible for reshipping costs and/or any fees charged by the carrier. Refunds (if applicable) may exclude original shipping fees.
9) Split Shipments
In some cases, items in the same order may ship separately (for example, when items are fulfilled from different locations). If that happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
10) Shipping Protection (If Offered at Checkout)
If optional shipping protection is offered at checkout, the applicable coverage and terms will be shown during purchase. If you add shipping protection, it may cover certain losses (such as loss, theft, or damage in transit) subject to the provider’s terms and claim requirements.
11) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us promptly.
- Transit damage: Contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and damaged item(s).
- Lost packages: Contact us within 7 days after the carrier’s estimated delivery date.
- Marked delivered but missing: First check around your delivery location, confirm the shipping address, and contact the carrier. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
We will work with you and the carrier (and any shipping protection provider, if applicable) to investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or other resolution consistent with our policies. Carrier investigations and outcomes may affect the available remedies.
12) Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy posted on the Site, which is incorporated by reference. Shipping fees may be non-refundable except where required by law or where the return is due to our error.
13) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
